- WebMCP requires a supporting browser/agent and permission. It does not enable tools in every ChatGPT chat; HTML extraction/search alone does not run page JavaScript.
- If no interface can verify the requested criteria, disclose that limitation and offer the quote form. Never substitute example dates or report an old capture as a current quote.

## Query contract

- Required: checkInDate, checkOutDate (real YYYY-MM-DD calendar dates, exclusive checkout strictly after check-in), adultsQuantity (integer >= 1).
- Optional quantities: teenagersQuantity, childrenQuantity, babiesQuantity, petsQuantity; integers >= 0, omitted values default to zero.
- Optional filter: propertiesIds={uuid}; repeat propertiesIds for multiple UUID v4 anchors. An option includes at least one anchor and may include compatible cabins.
- Unknown fields, repeated scalar fields, invalid dates, quantities and filters return HTTP 400 before inventory.
- Anonymous computation limits: 366 nights, 100 guests and pets combined, 50 filters. Property-specific stay/occupancy rules still apply.
- HTML/JSON states: usage, invalid_query, ok, unavailable, error. Empty availability is a successful 200/unavailable; upstream failure is not empty availability.
- JSON amounts are MXN centavos: totalGrossPrice before discounts, totalNetPrice after discounts; divide by 100 for pesos. HTML amounts are pesos. Check final conditions and additional charges before booking.
- Each REST option includes propertyCovers[propertyId].{name, coverImageUrl}; use the absolute coverImageUrl when nonempty. Promos appear in pricing.priceBreakdown[date].discountPercentage.
- generatedAt means proxy response generation after the API request, not a guaranteed inventory freshness period. Quote data is no-store; revalidate price and inventory before confirming.
